Packages
All parcels are sent with Postnord to a parcel shop, parcel box or home delivery.
We only send packages up to 20 kg. Including packaging, as this is what the post office must pick up from us. 20 kg. Sacks or more are therefore only for collection or delivery on a pallet.
The shipping price is determined when ordering at check out, as it depends on the total weight of the order.
Expected delivery time for items in stock is 2-5 business days (usually faster)
For sold-out items, there is an expected delivery time of up to 3-14 working days - note that there may be longer delivery times in connection with holidays, public holidays and other general closing days, as well as events such as Black Friday, cyber Monday, Christmas, birthdays, etc.
We always send your order as soon as possible and as far as possible on all weekdays on the same day if you have ordered before 10.00
Please note that your order may be delivered in several packages! We pack as much as possible in one package, but for orders with fragile goods, we often ship in several packages to avoid transport damage.
