Payment and delivery

If you use an international payment card (such as Visa or Mastercard), the order amount will be reserved in your bank account immediately. In case of a cancellation, the reservation of the amount will typically be cancelled/released after 1-2 business days. However, some banks may take up to 30 days to cancel a reservation

The amount will only be deducted when the item is dispatched

If you have ordered multiple items and one of the items is on backorder, we will only deduct the payment for that item when the item is dispatched

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel a contract without giving reasons within 14 days

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods

If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation period runs from the day on which you or another person of your choice (not including the carrier) takes physical possession of the last item

If the cancellation period expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the period is extended to the following business day

How to exercise your right of cancellation

You can cancel by notifying us that you are cancelling. For example, you can send a letter or an email stating that you are cancelling to [company name], [company physical address], [phone number], [email address]

You can use the standard legal cancellation form, but it is not mandatory. The cancellation form can be found at the end of the order confirmation
The cancellation period is met if you send your notice of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired

Returning the goods and return costs

If you have cancelled the purchase of a product, you must send or deliver the product to [company physical address] without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the goods within the 14 days

Goods cannot be sent cash on delivery or undelivered

You must pay for the return of the item yourself

Refund of moneyin case of cancellation

When you cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including any delivery costs
We will refund the amount without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date we have received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned
We will make such a refund using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any charges of any kind as a result of the refund

Testing of the goods and packaging

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods due to handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods
You may normally examine the goods in the same way as you can and may do in a shop, but you may not use them. If you have used it in a way that is not allowed or permitted in a shop and we cannot sell it again, or cannot sell it again at full price, you should expect us to deduct the depreciation in value from your refund. If the item no longer has a commercial value, we will not refund the purchase price
You must return the item in its original packaging
You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You bear the risk of the parcel/goods until we receive it. Therefore, save the postal receipt and any track and trace number

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the item

If you buy a product and there is a defect in it - for example, a material or manufacturing defect - the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply. You have a 24-month warranty, provided you make a complaint within a reasonable time. If you complain within 2 months, the complaint will always be timely. Get more information on our RMA page.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for dispatch. Save the postal receipt including information about shipping costs and any track and trace number.

Privacy policy

We understand and respect the importance of privacy on the internet. We will not disclose customer/user information to third parties unless it is necessary to fulfil a transaction. We will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior authorisation

Information about complaints

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the House of Nævnenes Hus, Mæglingsteamet for Forbrugerklager, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via the Complaint Portal for the House of Nævnenes Hus. The mediation team will try to resolve the dispute through mediation, and if a solution cannot be found, you can submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaints Board

As a general rule, it is a prerequisite for a complaint that the product or service you want to complain about has cost at least DKK 1,110 and no more than DKK 100,000. For complaints about clothes and shoes, the price must generally be at least DKK 720. The amount limits may be subject to change. You must pay a fee to have your complaint processed
